Marks and Spencer - Lisburn - Home
Building upon the main M&S store in Sprucefield, M&S aquired the adjacent Homebase retail unit to create a separate new Home Concept Store. This was the first of its kind in the UK incorporating not only the latest home store design, but also the new concept Restaurant, Eat over Deli and a brand new façade treatment.
Each of the Business units where designed to allow for full flexibility. Controlled using DALI we were able to create a different look for each of the zones.
Utilising the glazed façade we ensured that the daylight contribution was harvested to reduce the consumption of electricity. Daylight sensors linked back to the control system and DALI dimming ensured an uninterrupted activity to the space.
