Marks and Spencer - Deli Bar
The Deli Bar is a casual dining environment, with an intimate feel, where customers can enjoy a range of meals.
Careful design ensures the Deli Bar works alongside busy, highly lit food halls. Soft ambient lighting is created by uplighting the ceiling over the bar area. Silk threads spun around architectural pendants deliver a vision of the offer from afar, while linear fluorescents delineate the marble dining surface, ensuring a continuous lit effect. Tungsten halogen recessed spotlights graze the counter. This offers the ultimate in colour rendition to the food on offer.
The Deli Bar was trialled in Newcastle. Its success led to a national roll-out.
