Light Apparatus Client: Marks and Spencer
LAPD was appointed to implement a new lighting design across Marks & Spencer’s stores. Ceiling conditions varied and the “D11” solution comprising large, floating gondolas, had to be retained. The challenge was to create replacement products while retaining the existing theme.
Using linear T5 fluorescents, LAPD created Light Apparatus. These products also have CDM-T accent lighting and three-circuit track inserts, which create centres of light thereby reducing clutter at ceiling level. Within the Foodhall an increased number of three-circuit track
and track-mounted spotlights were installed to provide a greater level of flexibility.
The products have been supplied to stores throughout the UK.
