In response to a medical paper commissioned by NHS Estates documenting the effect of colour stimulation to aid patient recovery, LAPD designed an LED system capable of colour change, which integrates into existing hospital bed head systems. |
DMX-linked LEDs are controlled by a handheld unit which allows the patient to decide the colour of their environment. For medical analysis purposes, the LED system can be overridden and the regulation T5 luminaire instantly activated. |
