| A fitting design was required for both manufacture as well as aesthetic. Its manufacturing strengths lie in its maximum number of 13 components. This feature gives the fitting a very low warehouse stock inventory and allows it to be manufactured from picked components to a finished, boxed and tested product in less than 60 seconds. | Keeping the fitting’s recess depth to 100mm allows for maximum space to be maintained. Small ceiling cut-outs are achieved using tilting lamp holders to aid removal of the lamp. This design element also reduces the health and safety risk of replacing the lamps. |
