A range of fixtures was required for this Canary Wharf based project. The concept was generated by SOM in Chicago, with detail design and engineering undertaken by LAPD. The product was manufactured by Woodhouse.
The fitting produces high levels of illumination to the pavement and roadway. The ‘tulip’ and the internal structure are also lit internally. This is achieved through square perforations in the stainless steel column. The design is replicated in the bollards used in the scheme. .
