Art for the Nation, National Maritime Museum
LAPD was commissioned to light this major exhibition in the historic Queen's House. The exhibition brings together 200 of the National Maritime Museum’s finest works for a display of paintings that includes works by Gainsborough, Lely, Hogarth and Reynolds.
Track and dimmable spotlights were carefully selected and positioned to create a discreet lighting solution, with minimal fixings. This ensures the paintings are displayed effectively and without distraction.
