LAPD was commissioned to design a lighting solution for the reception of this prestigious office building.
Slots of light accentuate certain surfaces, encouraging the eye to travel around the space, and directing visitors towards the lifts. A daylight feature above the main reception desk adds further interest. This is artificially lit at night using HME floodlights to replicate moonlight.
LAPD also provided a solution for the stairs at the rear of the building, which can be viewed from the street.
The semi-transparent lift core has been lit, thereby revealing the movement of the lift car at night.
